| Reverse | First building of the Kwangtung Provincial Bank (built in 1914), co-founded by the Kuomintang and the Communist Party. The building was renamed to Kwangtung Central Bank by Sun Yat-sen on the 15th of August 1924 and in January 1932 renamed again to the Kwangtung Provincial Bank. It was used by the People’s Bank of China, Guangzhou Branch.
