| Remark | Between 2012-2023, the Banco Nacional Ultramarino and the Banco da China issued one banknote of 10 Patacas every year, to celebrate the Chinese Lunar Year. The banknotes have a similar basic design and differ in the bank names, the bank building on reverse and the respective zodiac animal of the year of issue. The zodiac animals on the reverse are printed in different colours. |
